Hi Bigger Pockets friends!

I just wanted to share my experiences with the Pace Morby Subto mentorship since joining in January of this year. Things I would have wanted to know after signing up for other real estate mentorship programs. 

First question everyone wants to know...Is it worth it? That would be a resounding yes! You will get back what you paid for 10X over...no kidding. 

Another question might be...What have you learned since joining? I have learned comping/underwriting for STR/LTR/MTR/MHP/MF. Entry and exit strategies when doing deals. Live role plays with feedback. Cold calling training with live sellers and live feedback! Training on how to work with RE agents to get recurring deals. Training on how to complete contracts when doing complex deals. And so much more...

Is the training pre-recorded? While there is pre-recorded training to go over the basics of Subto. There are live bonus zooms occurring DAILY on various topics. It can get overwhelming when you're new. But just know, they are recorded and focused on the live zooms you want to ask questions directly. To be honest, this is where this mentorship distinguishes itself from the others I've participated in. No one comes close to providing this level of live zooms of so many topics.

Are there any upsales? No...can you believe that? If you join, you will continue to ask yourself how is he doing this? This should cost way more than I paid to join! And you would be right. He pays thousands of dollars to bring in attorneys and other leading experts to speak on live zooms with us. You'll literally feel like you hit the lottery...LOL

But there's more...Pace is a true entrepreneur and he is taking us all on the journey with him. Opening the doors to how he runs his business behind the scenes. How he sets up a family of funds. And he is currently doing a deep dive into how to buy businesses subject to! 

So it's no exaggeration to say that this has to be the greatest mentorship on the planet. I'm truly blessed that I discovered it. I've met Pace in person and he is the genuine article...WYSIWYG.
