Can you reccomend a book on economics for non grad school types?

It looks like the school referendum will have some impact on property taxes, but the decision to increase rents should not depend on your cost, but on how far you are way from market rent.

Some things that make a rental appealing 1 - pet policy (pets or no pets allowed)2 - number of full bathrooms 3 - number of floors (single level vs multi)4 - backyard or lack thereof5 - school ratings (higher the better)6 - crime ratings (lower the better)7 - location to highways8 - amenities (parks, pools, trails, lakes, etc)9 - location to place of employment.10 - age of the property 11 - appliances Just to name a few.

The house is in a pretty great neighborhood with excellent schools and options to commute to most parts of the bay area and I am confident that I will be able to rent it out soon. 

I'm graduating High School in a month and I want to get straight into Real Estate, I'm 17 so until I'm 18 I'm unable to get my real estate license (though its not needed in the state of FL for assigning contracts) and I don't have an LLC that would allow me to sign REI documents.
