Does anyone know of a dscr lender that will allow for seasoned money for a down payment and a really good property manager in Ohio specifically in Columbus, Cin, and Cleveland?

I dont see how the risk would be reduced on second mortgage unless you are planning to hold the property in some type of llc.

Multifamily properties (2-4 units) can be a great way to build your portfolio while minimizing risk—especially with FHA or conventional low-down-payment options.Also, networking is huge.

I personally have a separate account for each property I own.

You must have known the property was in arrears, so it becomes your duty to be in contact with the bank through the process.
