The Skeptics Take:Business craves clarity, and there is a hope across industries that allowing the courts back in to check the Executive Branch will help ease the perceived burden of overregulation.

Then execute the sale and do a 1031 for whichever former members want to it.  

If there is a hospital nearby this place, you could turn it into a MTR for travel nurses.

I'm starting to look at the market, and I was curious if anyone had any information on travelling nurse demand, saturation etc.Thank you!

I am based out of NYC, but am currently active in the WNC market and I travel down quite frequently so would be interested in attending in-person events as well.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, traveling. 

You will also need to understand how to file taxes properly, potentially in both locations, and you will probably need to travel there from time to time, most likely when you do NOT want to go there.
