You have to get the lenders to endorse them.

We are committed to assuring the same documentation standards when it comes to listing with a full collateral package (Note, Mortgage, Intervening Assignment chain, Allonges/Endorsements, BPO, Title Report, and a 3rd party servicing payment history prior to listing). 

Now in order for me to deposit the check in the bank I actually need the endorsement of the tenants as well!    

Also, no big deal.Allonges endorse the promissory note not the AOM.  

While the county won't give you a list of contractors in the area (it could be construed as an endorsement), if you still need names of contractors in the area, I can try to get those for you.

As you mentioned, you don't need the NMLS endorsement on the REB license if only doing business purpose loans, but (i think) you do need the endorsement with the CFL license regardless of loan purpose.Good luck.David
