Also, never be embarrassed of any offer you make.

I wise investor once told me, "if you aren't embarrassed off your offer, its too high."

Im somewhat new to BP but am trying to quickly ramp up on my understanding across a very diverse set of topics so when I purchase my first small multi units I don't embarrass myself too horribly haha.  

Shame on BofA for being so cavalier with a court order and more importantly shame on BofA's attorneys for putting them in this embarrassing situation.

It is really low so I was a little concerned but I read if I'm not embarrassed I'm offering too much.

This will eventually lead you to being able to drive framing nails like a pro and not embarrass yourself.
