BP Nation:Does anyone have good presentation outlines and templates for pitching to investors/lending organizations to get financing?

The part that calms me down thinks that this could all be organic growth due to all of the positive market forces going on right now and that prices will continue to go higher naturally.

There are charity organizations that you may be able to apply to in order to get assistance on rent, and we would be happy to accept rent from such an organization (insert charity names and contact info if you know of any, in my area there are several grant programs that help single women specifically).

Retail investments, ALFs, small apartment complexes, and planned communities are all on the horizon, but my focus will be on organizing tools to help real estate investors raise, organize, and optimize their capital formation process.  

I haven't seen anyone mention LendingClub or similar organizations as a way to finance their acquisitions.

@Anthony FontanaYou could look into creating a limited partnership (or an LLC that is organized like a limited partnership).

I've been looking at the usual suspects Zillow and Trulia but the information is not well organized I guess...
