What are your thoughts on them becoming bird dogs by pounding on banks for inventory?

Soooooo...at least it isn't Summer but...The smell, which I have been blaming my dogs for...has actually been linked to a fairly big, unpleasant error. 

The market is tough as everyone and their dog is "into" real estate. 

I'm looking to get started in REI and I think a good place to start would to become a bird dog.

I have not heard of this but it appears to be some sort of bird dogging program, only get paid if the investor buys, if the investor is overly picky it probably isn't worth your time.
