Also, I would also not cross-collateralize the houses if a lender would even do a portfolio loan.On your second question about multifamily, I would not jump to multifamily until you have experienced the common management problems with single-family as the expenses scale with the size of the property as well as the cost of mistakes.I would consider getting Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) on each property.

@ mags@Maggie Jones I would suggest they buy a bowel with a rim around it, They make them for cats and you fill the rim with water and it makes a small moat around the food that ants have a hard time crossing.

I'm also partially blind which made it hard to see all problems prior, he tried getting me to do a video chat with him on pissedconsumer.com where he has most of his negative reviews listed.Thankfully my landlords now are amazing they arent cross country and come as soon as I message or call them.
