Google search "landlord/tenant attorney (insert your city)" keep in mind to ask the important questions during your consultation because after you've accepted them for the job they charge from anywhere from $250-$400 an hour which includes; phone calls, emails, court appearances etc..

I know people are afraid of guests filing a credit card dispute and having your rent charges reversed, but hardly anyone talks about Airbnb arbitrarily refunding guests without consulting you and that's a far bigger risk IMO (which is why I don't list my MTR on Airbnb).

You’re looking for areas with low vacancy rates and strong rental returns.Being a real estate consultant who’s worked with various investors of different strategies over the years, I agree with some of the comments here; turn-key properties are the way to go for someone in your situation.
