I see no reason to supplement a tenants rent out of fear of turnover, tenants come and go all the time and it is rare, when managed properly to actually have a vacancy.I prefer to select my own tenants as most landlords do not properly screen applicants..

Yes interest is high, but in my case, where we are able to build the houses and all...... we will have several properties under one note which will help us and we are not looking for a quick return but rather supplemental income.
