@Robert Williams I owned two separate bed and breakfasts and lived the good life.

I do stay in the house with the family and then have them clean to see how they do.I put some things out of place and drip some bacon grease on the front of the oven to see if they notice it.

I dripped some bacon grease down the front of the oven, put some stuff out of place, that sort of thing.

Even the things you like to have for breakfast or the hobbies you pursue in your down time.

My husband and I are new to Bigger Pockets and have been wanting to own an STR and Bed and Breakfast in the future. 

You can listen to podcasts while you walk, workout, take a shower, go to the bathroom, eat breakfast or lunch.

I really dont enjoy getting another memo to fill out a form, come to this breakfast, etc, etc. ....More fees, more advertising costs.

I do participate in DIG's DelCo Subgroup and frequently attend the Breakfast Subgoup on Friday mornings, and have found those to be immensely helpful.
