You earn bonuses if the people you recruited generate sales as well.

You might also offer some financial bonus for the tenant when they move out if they leave your place in good condition and remove all their belongings.

@Jonathan Twombly it is a 3 bed plus bonus room its around 1800 square feet. home was built in 2006 it is in a development with a pool.

Again, I'm not saying that's unethical or immoral but, let's call it what it is and not give it any more credence than it deserves.Finally, i'd be very careful about conveying to a prospective tenant that they could get cash for keys as an added bonus/incentive to enter into a lease with you because, if they don't, you subject yourself to being sued by the tenant.

Detroit is like any other city with it's bad areas with one bonus...it has the extra benefit of the news media's love for the "story", and the "story" being that "one more time in Detroit".  

There's a sizable population of agents amongst us as well so that's a bonus, you can bounce ideas off people who are both agents and investors.

I think that learning from mistakes is the best way to retiain information, it's just a bonus to learn from others mistakes (and successes) here at BP.

I have always said appreciation when cash flow is good is bonus anyways.
