-If you paint room by room, you will want to spend the night away from the house to let the paint fumes air out after each painting session so that will be another hassle and extra cost.

@Tommy Sessions so if it is a general contractor that is doing the non-mechanicals, I.e., the flooring, the drywall, painting, etc. would you consider that type of contractor to not be the right type to pay hourly?
