I completed my bachelors degree at Iowa State University in Ames, IA, and am currently working on my Master's degree in business (MBA) through University of Phoenix, and am about halfway done.

I am curious as to whether or not tuition/books at an accredited four year college/university could be a deductible expense if I was to pursue a Bachelor's in Real Estate Finance.

It's starting to seep in that that isn't always the case.I just finished college with my bachelors in logistics, transportation, and supply chain management. 

He's also a 40+ year old bachelor who smokes and drinks.. alot!

I'm afraid I currently have little money right now for any possible down payments.My plan is since I'm lacking in finances I plan to get a full time job with my bachelors to get my business starting and eventually scale up to being a full time investor.
