Help Starting a Real Estate Business as a College Student

Hello Biggerpockets,

I am 21 years old and I've been studying real estate and I'm aspiring to start a real estate business as a long-term career. However, I'm worried I can't start right now under my conditions.

I am a junior in college with a major in finance and will be graduating in a year and a half with $3000 in debt.

I'm afraid I currently have little money right now for any possible down payments.

My plan is since I'm lacking in finances I plan to get a full time job with my bachelors to get my business starting and eventually scale up to being a full time investor. Is there a way to start investing now rather than waiting a few years for a full time job with a degree?

Best Regards,

Brian Tran
