I think there is a market for that....maybe just guys without wives on fishing trip who want to walk to bars and marina, or college students/younger crowd who want to be near the party scene, maybe airline staff.  

What if Maria's W2 doesn't require a lot of hours, say she is an airline pilot who sits on-call a lot, and is not needed much. 

We vacuume, wipe areas down disenfect counters and tables etc. 

If you're going to try and do the whole 'churn' thing and hold 10+ cards at a time, it may be more work then it's worth - you're better off using that time to focus on finding good RE deals :)I happen to have 2-3 credit cards at a time depending on which hotels/airlines i'm using - SPG Amex (for hotels), United Explorer (for flights) and my all-time favorite card, Chase Sapphire Preferred (for dining and everything else).

The baseboards need to be vacuumed/scrubbed.

Of course, I'd rather just get in my car and drive around for a few hours (about the same amount of time it will take you to stand in line at the airline counter, then get through the TSA grope down, and look at some local properties I can put deals together on.

But again you really can't look at it in a vacuum like that.  

During the safety demonstration at the beginning of a commercial airline light, the flight attendents tell you to secure your oxygen mask first and then assist others.

If you do make sure they have dustless equipment with the vacuum attachment it will save you a lot of cleaning.
