If all goes well my gut tells me she will get addicted to the high of cash flow and want to continue on... and maybe go bigger in round two. 

So you combine that mentality with an addictive (read goal based) type of personality and a lot can happen.

Both parents are drug addicts who don't work and there is a restraining order on one of the parents because they are purposefully destroying the property. 

I work fulltime, but all of my spare time is spent either at the gym, in a book, or my most recent addiction is on bigger pockets.

Buying property is addictive and we might change our goal as we get closer to it.

It is SUPER addicting and it definitely is a GREAT learning tool. 

Also American's adversarial relationship with saving money and an addiction to debt don't help the problem.Also, love reading Sam from FS.

I am new to the forum and have been addicted to reading up on real estate.  

It was a very similar situation -- a sibling staying over -- but this sibling happened to be an addict.

I don't remember how i stumbled upon this sight but iv been addicted ever since about 3 days ago, lol. i initially wanted to just get into flipping houses (with no cash at hand) right lol, but after a few videos/post's iv read its not wise to go into debt flipping houses ( #1 bankruptcy reason).
