I think RE prices on the West Coast are much more volatile than what we see in the Midwest.  

I am in need of some recommendations for a realtor/prop mgt/broker to help with tenant placement services in the Park West area of Mount Pleasant. 

if that's  the one just west of I-95, north side of MLK, I see them go for 15-25k at tax deed sales, don't know the condition of course.  

There's a BP get together group that meets once a month, you can attend a TREIA West event (near Cary), a TREIA main event, TREIA subgroup for newbies which Tim Masters runs....Triangle Deal Maker Sessions usually meets the first Monday of the month (it's the second Monday in September because of Labor Day)....

Does anyone else feel this West Coast vibe? 

I've found some west side of Worcester areas that will definitely get me my desired results but it's very slim pickings and majority of the houses available are on streets that are hit or miss as far as good/bad streets.Seems as if you were able to affective lot rehab parts of the house to.

I know settlements are handled a little differently on the west coast than here in the east.
