These policies always weed out competition, ultimately backfiring on the very people they are intended to protect.I’ll invest as always in CO, and while I won’t vote for people who push such policies, I’ll keep investing, knowing that more government prevents the market from working and introducing supply long-term, limiting my competition and driving up rents and demand from quality tenants ever faster.

For the bottom of the commercial market, properties not deemed worthy of Loopnet, a lot of driving around, using Cagis or similar GIS databases to get owners' name and addresses, and putting notes and business cards in doors is an alternative to Loopnet (I don't know about Crexi).

This property has been great, and while our traffic in Nashville in 2020 was extremely low due to COVID, the mountains, lakes and beaches have been booked solid - with people looking for regional vacations they can drive to.Things are picking up in a big way in Nashville, still not back to normal, but picking up nonetheless...
