Should I also paint the 2 large posts and/or window trimmings the same color as the floor?

The only colors I ever spend for is the semi gloss trim and the ceilings white.

A thick film of grease all over the place, on the furniture, the trim, your glass tabletop in your living room, clumping up the rug...why not do an open-concept bathtoom while you're at it?

by the way I have a property with a tree trimming cost of $70/month (not the regular gardening costs but the cost to come trim the trees (some annually, some every 5 years).  

Pdf the siding is in good shape, I would keep it and add an accent, like shutters, or decorative trim above the windows/doors, as long as it is consistent with the home's style.  

It looks like those cabinets were flat front doors that someone trimmed out to give them a little depth.
