I wanted to build up his team, I wanted to help bring him work, I wanted to help in sales and lead generating and buy into his companies LLC.. but even that was fraudulently represented as  In the beginning he had represented himself as someone who had a team in house around 60 people, with vehicles, trailers, tools, lawnmowers, weed wackers, nail guns.. the works.

The trade-off that I don’t accept is that service would suffer.

They could buy just the battery and not the solar if their problem is really the power company turning off the juice. 

My insurance company determined that they were not responsible because the problem originated it form INSIDE the wall which was the responsibility of the condo association.  

Bird in hand is better than 2 in the bush, especially when the two in the bush do not have the money.we are seeing a lot of companies now try and get seller financing and then arbitrage it to renters - similar to STR arbitrage but just arbitrage it with a loan and collect the rent and if the tenant stops paying they walk away and you are stuck with the home, the foreclosure and the subsequent eviction.

Trust that RTR is referring you to good companies, but just verify.
