As an agent I can easily call a listing agent and get a combo to a lockbox for houses that don't have Supras.3) It makes it naturally easier to network with other real estate agents when you are one yourself.4) My experience with real estate forms and as an agent has helped me interact and negotiate better with other agents.5) When margins are slim, you have the option to list the property yourself.
