Many would-be and active sponsors and dealmakers conflate their time with "yield" in these discussions and laud their necessity as a virtue. 

House hacking is a great tool if you are ok with moving every year or so, which means you would want to live lightly (not a lot of furniture, basic necessities so that its easy to move and not a huge ordeal) during that process. 

But these recurrent, seemingly excessive charges --- for which we have yet to receive photos to justify their necessity --- are starting to make us question our decision to hire them.

I bought one of the 8 BRs in Champions Gate this year and themed it out all Disney style, which I think is a necessity in this market.I just launched it a couple weeks ago and already have about $10k on the books for Nov and $11k for Dec. 

Our PM is doing this as we were told, but I wasn't sure if this was one of those recommended practices that nobody really does, or if it was a true necessity.
