Where does the title company come into play?
I am a little confused as to where the title company comes into play during an assignment of contract and any help is appreciated.
If I have a home under contract and have yet to find a buyer, is it necessary to hire a title company as a wholesaler if the contract is being eventually assigned to an end buyer?

You should open title as soon as you have the property under contract.
