I'm purchasing a house for $29K that needs a little cosmetic work (painting and a new kitchen subfloor) prior to renting.  

I had to do a decent amount of work yes - I needed to overhaul the plumbing, stain the kitchen cabinets, replace vanities, install appliances, and redo a couple of doors and light fixtures.

So I'm assuming both building A and B are configured to be able to sell as separate units sch as individual meters, kitchen and bathrooms, in other words they meet your areas zoning code standards to be sold separately.

The house is in really good condition - but the bathrooms and kitchen need a makeover. 2 full baths.

Kitchen size is medium.

We are looking to buy kitchen cabinets wholesale but are having a difficult time.

I also send cover letters and flyers to every welding school, instrumentation school, and refinery in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Ohio, and Alabama.Amenities:  Washer/dryer and laundry detergent, kitchen with all appliances and utensils, cable tv in every room, wifi, sheets blankets and towels, soap, t.p. paper towels, outdoor grill.

She is requesting that I pain the kitchen, repair chipped Formica on countertop and Formica that is coming up on counter and also fix or replace hood over gas stove.
