[The only caveat is if you DO close the deals into your name if cash buyers hide from you].What do you tell YOUR desperate Sellers?

I am desperately in need to face to face conversations with other seasoned local wholesalers.

The owner is no longer in SC and has moved back to NY and is desperate to get out of all of her properties and is very willing to make a deal.  

Are you really that desperate to do this deal with all this debt possibly attached to it?

I know it's probably bull, but I'm trying not to let my situation make me desperate.

These teachers, are selling a product, not really teaching.These people are also playing on your desperation, they do not care if you're broke, lost a job, have a sick mother or if you're eating or not.

That is it.In our current market, you can get away with almost anything with sellers as most of them are desperate, right!

Harwood House, Hedwig House, Horizon House (yeah, the names, LOL).I've called Horizon House in DelCo and MontCo each two times and left messages that were never returned, despite the "front desk" person telling me that they're always desperate for landlords.Someone from Hedwig House contacted me from one of my listings, brought a prospective tenant to look at the unit, and said she'd take it. 

Sorry, the world is not that simple...even if people desperately want/need to believe it is...I guess that's why religion is so popular...
