I'm imagining a house with septic tank that was in dire need of pumping and then someone doing something like washing clothes, running the dishwasher and showering all at the same time equals too much water going into a full tank and it's all gotta go somewhere!

I have installed a dishwasher in the kitchen (where none existed before) AND I had an egress window installed by a contractor in the basement (in the 'family room' area) and currently am using this extra room as a bedroom for my boys.

There are dishwashers in each unit and a common washing machine which might be a factor too.

New Appliances (Stove, dishwasher, microwave) do y'all provide these?

Property manager says SFR tenants report dishwasher won't start and has a burning smell.

I change out appliances on a new purchase unless they are like new,,,I'd rather spend $250 putting in a new dishwasher now while its vacant, than in 6 months with someone living in it and complaining
