More and more Americans visit, move to and buy property there.

It just depends on the market and whether the team can execute.

And maybe that requires a new type of status in our system like "in suspense".this is why they end up moving to CA or state that's friendly to immigrant ; they try to avoid AZ for sure LOLI would say actually most of them don't really need help as their business mind and hard work and their survival skillset are great, I am more worry about american-born genZ actuallly.

The parties experience, strengths and availability are critical to ensuring  the partners duties and responsibilities are compatible and capabilities are sufficient to execute on the business.

Based on the train of thought you shared you are completely ignoring a critical piece of the equation which is your own capabilties and whether you have the ability to execute on the opportunity.

If you are doing rentals you could build over time, make intelligent acquisitions  and execute a strong strategy; eventually you will have enough doors for that.

This is a great question and one that unfortunately most people don't teach/educate on so there's very little information out there on how to become a developer and how to obtain the proper tools, resources, and team to execute your plan.
