@Dan Nguyen there are a few online marketplaces where loans are sold such as Paperstac, Notesdirect, Watermark Exchange, Direct Source, etc. 

I was told to use watermarks on the photos so they can not be copied.Good luck!!!

@Henry Lazerow - I think you should be able to request the watermarked records and sometimes those can be different from the zoning certs. 

A couple are Paperstac, debtexchange, notesdirect LoanMLS, Watermark etc.

I would have a paper copy of the lease at the unit (with a draft watermark on it) for them to look at while in the unit, not for them to take it with them. 

Overall, however, the house is livable -- the exterior is well maintained, there are no major problems in the interior save some cracked drywall and a few water marks.

The house I saw had water marks about that high. 

You can see the brown water mark from the ceiling down 1/3 of the wall.
