@Henry Lazerow - I think you should be able to request the watermarked records and sometimes those can be different from the zoning certs.

I would have a paper copy of the lease at the unit (with a draft watermark on it) for them to look at while in the unit, not for them to take it with them.

You can see the brown water mark from the ceiling down 1/3 of the wall.
