I was very impressed by Brian and what he had to say about investing with syndicators. 

The numbers don't make sense to me, based on their descriptions.The most dubious is "First page search impression rate"Airbnb defines it as the percentage of time your listing shows up in the top 10 results when a guest searches for a location/date.I have 30 listings in a market with 20,000+ homes available, and they all have a "First page search impression rate" of 40-60%. 

I am under the impression it is very difficult to get lenders to finance new builds especially spec builds.

i am totally impressed with the way 'guru' out there trying to influence people promising there's a gold cave somewhere from 'infinite banking' to 'my own the greatest system ever' :-) I bet they save their money in the crypto token as well.

The rapid turnaround and performance of the assets during the previous funds seems quite impressive.

If you’d been holding around $620K from a 2019 sale and directed it toward a few properties like that.. especially if you leveraged financing.. you might’ve grown your portfolio’s total value well beyond what many Los Angeles holdings would have delivered over the same period.Then again, L.A. still has that unique mix of robust demand and limited supply.. from what I’ve heard, you can see impressive long-term gains there if you’re comfortble navigating tenant protections.
