That is COMPLETELY bogus.Not because someone owes nothing on their house will the chances be greater they are in desperate need to sell their house for far below market value.People think that a list is some mystical legendary scroll, that magically increases the chances to get a lead.It is utterly ridiculous.Yeah sure you can combine the criteria, and hopes you have better chances.

Third comp was a gas station in a completely different city, also 4 year old sale.Based on these so called comps, my appraisal came in 25 lower then our contracted price.Complete and utter bull manure.O yeah, it cost only 1500 bucks and took two weeks to get done.

Massive layoffs, banks are not lending, people are not buying Starbucks ...If you see the stock market just had one of the biggest gains in history the virus is an excuse to sell and correct.All three benchmarks closed in correction territory, defined as a decline of at least 10%, but no more than 20%, from a recent peak.The only pandemic we need to worry about is society's utter hysteria.
