I am just getting started out and have a rough idea of how to work through these numbers and so I wanted to throw this out there to see how far off I was.I haven't gotten any numbers on financing this so I assumed a lot.

The idea of LTR in SFR is in my opinion the best place to start. 

Beyond that, networking with other investors in the mobile home park space could open up some doors for partnerships or additional funding ideas.

Whether it’s finding deals, running numbers, or just exchanging ideas, I’m always down to talk shop with like-minded investors.

Is this a good idea, or should just auction it off to the highest bidder and be done with it?
