Most of my deals have come from another popular platform I use.

I currently have a tenant in a home I am managing, I have been using Avail and as of recent I don't like the platform, I have noticed that my tenant like to edit the payment after the due date and that makes the collection date longer (Avail takes a whole week or more to get the rent in).

I'm not necessarily sure it has anything to do with them wanting all the bookings on their platform. I

I had taken into account, so far at least, how beneficial this platform is and I’m beginning to get antiquated with it, i appreciate your advice and will act on this! 

I got an email today from this company where their entire platform is built out around assumable loan data. 

@Alison Brenner I think a 3rd party site (like Airbnb) review process and booking platform is helpful and an added layer of protection but of course it is not fool proof and there will always be horror stories. 

It is clear to me that it has swung too far and the overall platform is only a shadow of its' former self.

There are some excellent website out there, but I would just caution be sure that the platform is not raising capital or being compensated by the sponsor in some way as you can see as to how that would be a built in conflict of interest.
