Zillow is actually make press releases regarding NAR, well basically they say they're well positioned to punish the traditional brokerage (Re/MAX and its friend) biz model.What I do notice in many industry in America, all these private company tried to push their own pricing as "market" when the sector is new, and after years after one large company(or its cartel) monopolized the industry , the gov. step in and say "hey you guys, you are violating this and that, you are manipulating this and that"....We will see different brokerage industry few years from today.
