@Russell Brazil It's right next to the Van Ness metro, so super convenient to grocery stores, drug stores, liquor stores, restaurants...and of course, the metro.

I found a good thread on the nice areas of Inglewood  here you may want to read:The area referred to as "The Avenues" is bordered by Century Blvd. on the South, Crenshaw Blvd. on the West, Manchester Ave. on the North, and Van Ness Ave. on the East.

I was surprised at the dated-ness of the entire house.
