Start in your backyard" is a common theme but doesn't work in every location.

In those I had covered my concerns about the market with the overall theme being that there was a storm coming.

I have always thought this was an interesting proposition for STRs.I think it would make more sense if you had a few in an area with a common theme.

I could see kitchen and bathroom themes moving away from their current blue/grey/white (i.e., cold) theme to something warm again.

10k units and billions under management seems to be a common theme today with some of the other syndicators we see advertising today yet their past projects are failing.. kick the can down the road big time.

There are lots of widgets and plug in's for STRs available along with a lot of very nice themes.

Thanks James we plan to go with white or something that matches our theme and decor.  

If you property is generating a solid income and is heavily themed you can be at the top of the market, but not like what you have outlined as in a commercial property.

There is a a common theme as well and they all come from the same guru who may or may not be mentioned in this post. 

So often you see a bland 'beach/ocean' themed STRs...I get it, people are booking your condo to go to the beach and relax, but you can have a fun, stand out theme that still revolves around the ocean, relaxation, etc.
