Actually buying these apartments and not the current supply is a good opportunity.

We ended up having to dig up parts of the front yard to replace the main water line that connected to the city water supply to the home.

About Westchester, NY:- One of the most expensive places in the US, maybe the world- Supply is VERY low- Houses are no less than like $600k-$700k, I'm also getting outbid a lot.- Now Foreclosures may be a good discount but at the same time I already know that there is aLOT more risk to this.I already have a real estate agent, a mortgage broker, and am getting connections to contractors and so forth.My few Questions are:- Do I need a real estate agent in this process for foreclosures?

Is the option government supplied insurance where taxes supplement the insurance?  

Housing supply is the other function, and my view as rates increase so does inventory in markets that are coming up to pre-pandemic levels and the inverse in the one's that are decreasing. 

Instead of wasting 20 hours a week on your phone or TV, work a part-time job to accelerate paying down the debt and saving. 

If you find someone that will let you supply the materials and work for labor only and sign a contract you supplied , you have hired an employee , a laborer , not a contractor .

Then I have a credit card to charge supplies and any utilities which allow credit card payments.

The country simply does not have enough affordable housing units, and the new supply of affordable housing units is not keeping up with new demand.
