This month I have sent 705 letters to cash buyers in my area for the 4th qtr '10 and 1st qtr '11 at a cost of about .90 cents per including printing, designing, postage and stuffing.

I have seen it where tenants have stuffed the cabinet below the sink full of items, to the point that it has damaged the piping.

We do direct mail; so everything from printing letters and envelopes, folding and stuffing those envelopes and dropping them off at the post office was all handled by us.

I have another ~200 envelopes ready to go and will have all the envelopes stuffed, stamped and sealed by Thursday night.To prepare for the (hopefully) large influx of calls, I created a questionnaire that is as brief as possible while still getting all the pertinent information from the prospect.
