Hello, My name is Kim and I am a new investor living in Lancaster, SC. I live between Charlotte, NC and Columbia, Sc. I have been marketing mostly in the Charlotte area. I have been getting leads but have not closed that first deal yet. I am sure this community will provide me with loads of education and the confidence to help me get going. I am new, but if anyone in the area needs help in any way, making phone calls, driving neighborhoods, or stuffing envelopes, I am available.
