If someone wants to steal your property info and be a bad actor, they will do so with photos.  

If you have a bad feeling about someone or fear they are going to steal your idea that is not a partner you want to be presenting to. 

The other thing that the OP is not taking into consideration is these are not AIRBNBs these are peoples homes with valuable in them.. you woud get all sorts of crooks casing these homes only to come back and steal these people blind.
