I sat through a 2 hour interview with the IRS criminal investigator its taken almost 3 years but when I asked her point blank.. she was like Nope we don't work on it this long and this hard and let it go. 

Frankly, I would be surprised if a real estate agency would want to hold rent properties in the same entity as their brokerage business.I couldn't say whether the properties are owned by the same legal entity, but the agencies have said point blank that they own properties in the same city as their agency business (distinct from the same agencies' property management businesses which they also do).

I found CI through another "podcast"... not sure who's, possibly Michael Blank or Jake & Gino.... anyway, was doing some research on other courses adn found this thread.I have a free account on CI and have found it rather dubious myself.

I know we do those in our office when needed.. just not many TC's are knowledgeable to write those documents.. most of those are available on line just fill in the blanks..

If the credit report comes back blank and you think it's fake, tell her so and move on.
