I'm sure this was intended to be a light-hearted discussion and I apologize in advance for bringing it down.I had/have an anxiety disorder for several years.  

The tenants have not held up their end of the NNN and upon a property inspector's visit, it appears as if this is sorely needed. 

And I have bad nerves and an anxiety disorder to begin with!  

The filters I use are: 50-100% equitymortgage origination date older than 5 yrsnon-owner occupiedno corp or trust some sore city, county or zip code criteria. 

Therapy animals provide people with therapeutic contact, usually in a clinical setting, to improve their physical, social, emotional, and/or cognitive functioning.I would also add one more point that is often misunderstood; with the millions of men & women who experienced combat in the US Military, hundreds of thousands return home with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

There is a Quad in my neighborhood that is one of the local eye sores.

They are instructed that it can be put on a pole behind the house or beside the house as long as it is not attached to the house or is an eye sore.
