They all think they are going to a meeting and the lovely Christina is going to be there to show them how to remodel a home.The folks that are TV reality show stars ( other than ARmando) simply rent their name and make a bundle doing that. they might show up at the big event and talk for 30 minutes shake some hands and down the road they go.

On the other hand, I’m hesitant to simply pay down more of a property, as we don’t need the immediate cash flow.Fortunately, both my wife’s job and mine are recession-proof, which allows us to be a bit more aggressive with our investments.I’d really appreciate advice from investors who have experience with frequent moves or military service.

With that being said, if there are any agents or investors located in Western NY willing to let me learn from them, or simply learn more about them, I am willing to work something out and/or possibly work for free.

So maybe this simply won't work. 

The way wholesalers get around this is by claiming to simply be marketing the contract and not the property itself (hard to do legally), or by doing a double close (buying the property then reselling it immediately).

As an agent who has successfully helped over 25 house hack buyers in the last in 4 years, and have sold over 500 properties in my career, what you are looking for, in the price range listed simply doesn't exist. 

Me being me, I simply tugged on the door and ripped out the bottom hinge from the door.

I know some people have the knack and others simply can't make it happen.

Effectively good egg is simply a P.O. box that takes a Commission out of your hard earned/saved money, in return, for purportedly providing due diligence to vet the potential projects and sponsors, on your behalf.

Do not simply trust a turn key provider, a wholesaler or even a real estate agent that is supposed to be looking for your best interest.
