I for one would dislike being pushed into a box, I'd prefer to choose my own stuff...and it really ain't that hard.Interesting concept though, I just do not see the value for a veteran Contractor or Imvestor.I'd ask for references before using them...

I understand the concept how you have described your services above but the home was not "rent ready" or had the number of rooms advertised and that is the biggest issue here.Our contract was about a year ago and the reason why I am responding now is for two reasons 1) to warn other buyers and 2) because a potential buyer of yours actually reached out to me and suggested that I post my story on this platform.Keep on responding Katee.

If they the tenant buyers to leave after three years and did not exercise the option, we could either sell it at that point or we could decide to do another lease option with a higher strike price.I guess the key concept is, because we have equity, we have some flexibility with what we would like to do.That seems rather fair, and simple, if I am understanding correctly. 

This also leads owners to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

I don't think its that great of an investment, but I like the concept and the ability to diversify into notes.almost  all syndication investment is actually structured like that ?

Seems like most of them never got the RISK / REWARD concept.
