Thats like saying I dont want to own property in Houston bc when they decide to launch the shuttle my home might get hit with flying debris that comes off the shuttle. 

Angela, we do not do inspections prior to move in, but if we need to shuttle paperwork, have pets to meet, or they need extra attention, we always offer to meet at their current home so we can be a bit snoopy.  

Location is not bad and the community have free shuttles between King Farm and the shady grove metro.

It is a very competitive market since there are many owners that rent their units along with rental managers such as Loon Rentals and others.Many of the developments run shuttles to Loon during ski season since there is not  a lot of parking.

My cousins old apartment in Silverspings, MD has a small grocery store (bodega) in it and offered a shuttle to the train. 

It is a hopping place with crowds and golf cart shuttles hauling people around. 

You will be shuttling them all over creation and they will want the world on a beer budget.

If this was next to me, I would do anything I can to get it shut down, because having constant taxis or shuttle buses coming and going at all times of the day or night and tons of people in an out, would bring down the quality of life for neighbors. 

When I first moved in, before the economy took a dump, the condo fees included 12 hour a day shuttle service in a big loop through the city every hour 7 days a week.
