Two or three years ago we had a storm that shut the entire season down and caused significant damage to people's property and streets.    

@Justin,  No you don't need to provide notice however make sure to notify if you will be disturbing common areas, shutting off water to washing machines, having alot of workmen on site. 

The problem with these set ups is you agree to keep your mouth shut if things go bad, but be an advocator if things go well.That's in the language when you deal some of these turnkey folks.

Listing agents aren't guaranteed to know building code either and may not know when to shut down the buyer agents nonsense. 

I never scaled beyond a one-person operation but was doing an average of just under two deals per month over the course of about three years before I shut it down to focus on more passive opportunities and partnerships.

Do you mean that— for those who quit the program and no longer pay Niti and Palak - they started a free Alumni FB page for their students…that they then shut down?

We also do a walk through, set expectations for maintenance, filters, lawn, garbage and go over the function of GFCI's, shut off locations (water, power, gas).
