I think they will probably go to the path showing reviews from family trip to families and short stay to short stay... since this was another new feature they added not too long ago.

I have several short-term rentals down here & am an STR expert in the area.

I am currently still adding value to the deal by renovating the home as I mentioned in the description.

I don't know enough about the start up costs associated with the ATM units but I am generally against businesses that have a short shelf life and here we have one we are fairly confident will be deemed obsolete.
