A cupped diamond blade on an angle grinder would do the trick (with a lot of dust) You would not have to go  completely nuts on existing tile just enough deep scratches for bonding and not lying awake at night wondering if a tile will fall off the wall and hurt someone.

In this session, I let would be short sale wholesalers know I, or any other awake agent, wouldn't let them tie up a short sale in order to try and flip it--as it'd be off the market for 90-120 days trying to get approval, then likely not to close because they couldn't flip it. 

I remember Brandy Alexanders on the beach in Nicosia back in the mid 70's & apart from their political issues at the time with Greece both seemed to be a thriving economies.But unsustainable debt & the following should be a wake up call to any scholar of GDP regardless of the size of the respective economy !!! 

That has been getting my blood flowing and I truly feel awake afterwards and not so sluggish.

Let me first say this doesn't keep me awake at night, but...I've got a new tenant moving in April, and they said they have to be out by Noon on Sunday, March 31st.

I was a nursing home and hospice administrator for 25 years... that'll keep you awake at night.

I am wrapping up the details in the basement of this house (finished), gathering my things for the move at the end of the month, and studying and taking classes every spare second I can stay awake!
