Rob, I would advise getting a baseline mold test complete in these spaces, should be inexpensive maybe $100-$150You do not know if the company performing the mitigation and mold rendition used a viable protocol, bank owned homes, since they are really checked by the actual asset manager, they could have just applied kilz and never applied a proper biocide/mold inhibitor and possibly did not use a proper sealant.

Normally you would spray a sealant on the tile after grouting (or maybe that's only if it's marble, not sure) -- but if you spray the sealant BEFORE grouting, then the grout won't stick to the tile as much and is easier to wipe off (downside: your dance party doesn't last as long).
